The VALUES= option in the COLAXIS, ROWAXIS, XAXIS, X2AXIS, YAXIS, or Y2AXIS statement might be ignored by the ODS Graphics statistical procedures. This problem is most likely to occur if the axis range is specified in descending order. The SAS/GRAPH® 9.2: Statistical Graphics Procedures Guide incorrectly states that this type of axis range is supported by the ODS Graphics statistical procedures.
To circumvent the problem in SAS 9.2, multiply the data values by -1. Then use PROC FORMAT to create a PICTURE format to remove the negative sign from the axis values.
To circumvent the problem in SAS 9.3 and higher, specify the REVERSE option in the COLAXIS, ROWAXIS, XAXIS, X2AXIS, YAXIS, or Y2AXIS statement.
